All women are invited to the annual Ladies' Salad Luncheon sponsored by the Women's Missionary Fellowship (WMF) on Tuesday, June 20th at 12noon in the Beacon Room of the Worship Center. Our speaker is Patsy Oda. Patsy was born in a Japanese internment camp in Arkansas. She grew up in a loving family of Buddhists. At age 2 ½, she and her family moved to the Victor area. When Patsy turned 8 years old, she turned her life to Christianity, much to her family’s dismay. “When I was a child, I experienced a miracle, and that was being born again, “ Oda said. “It was nothing I was talked into.” Patsy married at the age of 31 and lived in San Jose for 25 years before returning to the Lodi area in 1998 to care for her aging parents. If you wish to attend, please bring a salad. If you need additional information or want to RSVP, please contact Barbara Kettner by June 17th at (209) 368-5900.
